LESSOR: D2-2 DEVELOPMENT INC, 207 PRESTON RD, FLOURTOWN, PA 19031-2111

LESSEES: KALID KIRBY AND SHANI BING, JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY

ABOVE-IDENTIFIED LESSEES TAKE NOTICE!

You are requested to leave the premises you now rent as tenants located at:

213 DAWSON ST., PHILADELPHIA, PA 19128

in the state of Pennsylvania. You have 10 days from receipt of this notice to either vacate, or pay the rent (specified below) to Lessor. If you fail to do so, Lessor will begin eviction proceedings against you and to regain possession of the Leased Premises. This is not a judicial document. By law, a court is the final authority in every eviction, and if you believe you are entitled to remain as a tenant, you or your lawyer may present your case in court. Note that pursuant to Paragraph 33 of the Lease, you will be responsible for Lessor’s costs and attorneys’ fees, as well as your own.

The reason Lessor seeks to end your tenancy is because you have not paid rent in the amount of
